Zoom to Original Size Command

The Zoom to Original Size command resets the scale of the map to the default scale for that map type.

Map Type Default Scale
Quick Map Zoom to Show All Data
Topo Map 4 meter/pixel scale
Aerial Photo Map 4 meter/pixel scale
Scanned Map Show Scanned Map at original size

To reset the scale of the map, do the following:

  1. View a Map.
  2. Then, do one of the following:
    • On the Map menu, point to Zoom, and click Zoom to Original Size.
    • Press \.
    • On the Move Map dialog, click Zoom to Original Size buttonZoom to Original Size.
