Show Only Selected Command

The Show Only Selected command removes everything except the selected items from the list or map, but does not delete them. Use the Show Only Selected command to temporarily remove items from a map so that only the remaining items appear in the printed image, for example.

To show only the selected items, do the following:

Select one or more items on the map or in a list
Then, do one of the following:
- On the Edit menu, click Show Only Selected.
- Right-click on the selected item, and click Show Only Selected.

Everything except the selected items will be removed from the map or list.

To make the hidden items visible again, use the Show All Command.
