Options Menu

The Options menu contains all of the settings you can change to customize ExpertGPS.

Main Preferences: Customize ExpertGPS to use your preferred coordinate formats and units of measure.
Change Coordinate Format: Add a new coordinate format or switch formats to instantly convert between lat/lon, UTM, state plane, or national grid coordinates.
Change Units of Measure: Choose the units of measure that ExpertGPS uses to display distance, elevation, speed, and area. Choose between standard, nautical, and metric units.
Add a New GPS Receiver: Add a new GPS receiver to ExpertGPS, and make it the default GPS.
Select a Default GPS Receiver: Select which of your GPS receivers is currently connected to ExpertGPS.
Real-Time GPS Tracking Options: Configure how often ExpertGPS updates your position on the real-time moving map.
Map Display Options: Customize the map grid spacing and colors, and choose what label text to display.
Track Measurement Options: Select which of your GPS receivers is currently connected to ExpertGPS.
Enable Internet Map Image Retrieval: Select which of your GPS receivers is currently connected to ExpertGPS.
