Invalid Coordinate String

The coordinates were not formatted correctly. In the case above, the N and W hemisphere identifiers should be removed and the West hemisphere longitude indicated by a - sign.

Some value in the coordinates is outside the usable range for that coordinate system. In the example above, the longitude cannot be greater than 90 degrees.
