Go to Map Calibration Point Commands

The Go to Map Calibration Point commands recenter the map so that the selected calibration point is in the center of the screen. You may find this command useful when reviewing or recalibrating a scanned map.

To recenter the scanned map on the first calibration point, do the following:

  1. View a Scanned Map that has at least one calibration point.
  2. Then, do one of the following:
    • On the Go menu, point to Scanned Map, and click Calibration Point 1.
    • On the Tools menu, shift-click Map Calibration Point 1.
    • Press Shift+1.

To recenter the scanned map on the second calibration point, do the following:

  1. View a Scanned Map that has two or more calibration points.
  2. Then, do one of the following:
    • On the Go menu, point to Scanned Map, and click Calibration Point 2.
    • On the Tools menu, shift-click Map Calibration Point 2.
    • Press Shift+2.
