The Show Only Selected command removes everything except the selected items from the list or map, but does not delete them. Use the Show Only Selected command to temporarily remove items from a map so that only the remaining items appear in the printed image, for example.
To show only the selected items, do the following:
- Select one or more items on the map or in a list
- Then, do one of the following:
- On the , click .
- Right-click on the selected item, and click .
Everything except the selected items will be removed from the map or list.
